Short answers to the questions people ask most.

Does PinMeOut replace my SEO plugin?

No. It works alongside Rank Math, Yoast SEO, AIOSEO and SEOPress. They handle titles, descriptions and sitemaps; PinMeOut handles the AI crawlers and assistants. Without an SEO plugin, PinMeOut suggests one.

Is the free plugin limited?

No. Every feature in the free plugin works in full. PinMeOut Pro is a separate add-on that adds more features, such as per-page breakdowns, CSV export, email reports and path rules.

Does it send my data anywhere?

No. Everything is measured and stored on your own server. There is no API and no third party. The only outside requests are two self-checks of your own robots.txt and llms.txt.

Does it track my visitors?

No. It stores no IP addresses, user agents, cookies or sessions. A crawler visit records which crawler, which page and when; a referral records which assistant, which page and when.

Will blocking AI crawlers hurt my search rankings?

Blocking a training crawler does not affect search. Blocking a search engine crawler removes you from that search engine, and the plugin warns you before you do it.

Why do I see no AI referrals?

They are rare, and some assistants hide where a visitor came from. A zero usually means not yet measured, not invisible. Crawler activity is the earlier signal.

What happens if my Pro licence ends?

Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Pro features stop; the free plugin carries on, and settings you made with Pro stay in force.

Can I use one licence on several sites?

Pro covers one site and Agency covers twenty-five. Moving between http and https, or adding or dropping www, does not use a second seat.

I lost my licence key. Where do I find it?

Sign in to your account with the email address you bought with. You will see every key, the sites using it, and the Pro download.
